At three days old, at the time of writing, could this be the most recently opened cafe in Melbourne...? Possibly not - but surely the most beautiful. Oh, the bikes. They do bikes too. Bespoke, or at least pick-your-own custom made frame, wheels, seat... with brakes? No? Up to you. And the coffee: real good.
